Return & Refund Policy

At DELMYC, we want you to love what you wear. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to make it right.

You have 14 days after receiving your order to request a return.

To be eligible, items must be unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in their original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, please contact us at delmyc.business@gmail.com.
Once your return is approved, we’ll send you detailed instructions and the return address.
Please note: customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item). Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.


Damages and Issues
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns on:

  • Worn, washed, or damaged items

  • Items marked “final sale” at checkout
    All other items, including sale items, are eligible for return.


Exchanges
The quickest way to get what you want is to return the item and make a new purchase once your return is approved.


Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you if it’s approved. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method or store credit within 10 business days.
